From Ballet to Karate, we have it all and we’d love for you to join us!
All of our classes are carried out by experienced instructors who are professionally qualified in their relevant fields, alongside being DBS cleared, First Aid Trained and Public Liability Insured.
We are very passionate about what we do and pride ourselves on offering the most fun and wide ranging opportunities for all of our students.
All of our students are given the opportunity to excel with gradings and exams.
We also offer the students the opportunities to take part in performances and competitions throughout the year. All of our students are celebrated and their hard work recognised at our annual awards evening. It’s one of our favourite nights of the year and we love seeing the progress every student has made!
Mini Movers Dance (2-4yrs)
Mini Movers is a pre-school aged class which explores the imagination of a child through music and movement.
Each class allows the children to explore themes and topics! Classes are fun-filled whilst also teaching the foundations of Dance techniques such as Ballet, Tap and Creative Dance.
Dance
Purple Gecko offers a wide range of dance styles such as Ballet, Tap, Street Dance, Jazz Dance, Acro, Contemporary, Stretch and Flex and Pointework. We also have a Musical Theatre programme called Stage Presence for children who have a love for Dance, Singing and Acting for Musical Theatre.
We hold full school shows twice per year, and students are given the opportunity to take part in exams and wider performance platforms.
Karate
Take part in the art of Karate while learning discipline, self defence and respect!
We provide Shukokai Karate lessons to Children and Adults from the age of 5 years old. These sessions are taught by our very own Sensei Sam who is a 5th Dan Black Belt. You’re in very good hands with Sam as she has been practising Karate for 22 years and a Sensei for over 10 years.
We hold gradings regularly so that our students can move up the belt system and we have competitions for those who wish to take part.

Join the fun at our action-packed children's dance parties and multi-sports extravaganzas! Whether you're a budding football star, a karate kid in the making, or a musical theater enthusiast, there's something for everyone in our dynamic lineup of activities.
